Inspiration | Spring Herbs

Volume 2, our new issue themed The Urban Farm is on it's way!! There's lots still to do, but as promised earlier in the week there will be some fun stuff coming up in the weeks to come. You will meet our COVER, some new contributors, get a sneak peek and more. In the meantime, this pretty herb poster illustrated by Amy Borrell felt timely for our new issue, and besides, the weather where I live is so gorgeous (albeit rather unseasonal....) I'm already eyeing up my herb planters!! Which herbs are your favourite? In my household, Jonathan (PGM Food Editor) and I can't live without Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Cilantro, Parsley and Mint.

See you soon!

Looking forward to the new issue. I love my herbs, especially because many of them are perennials. I am welcoming the sign of new growth on my sage, chives, thyme, lemon balm, winter savory and oregano. My kids are nibbling on them already. I'd encourage anyone who has planting space around your home to put them in the ground for long term enjoyment this year. My rosemary hasn't been able to survive Midwest winters, so I bring it indoors, it will be ready to replant soon.
